Hello! Welcome to our page. This blog is updated periodically to show what’s happening in the lives of the Kopp’s. We’re expecting Baby Kopp #5 in mid-December. We live on a mini-farm in Middle TN that we moved to in early March 2008. We decided to call our little place Laughing Thyme Farm. We are thrilled to finally be able to live the country life. All 6 of us Kopp’s, soon-to-be 7, of us love it here- including our dippy dog, Daisy.
So far we are in the gardening stage of our planning. After we get that solidified we plan on adding an orchard, some chickens and eventually want to build a barn and own a dairy cow. We also would like to try to become more “green” and get a woodstove and wind-power. We fully expect this to be a long process, as well as a sometimes trying one. But I’m not one to quit something once I set my mind to it. Most of all, we are really blessed just to live on our 6-acre farm together.
I don’t know for sure what to fill in here…replied to you from my email but maybe I need to do this to get your updates. Waiting on my friend to get here so we can go to lifebuilders noon meeting…she is new at church and we are going to go get her acquainted with some more seniors. You could call your farm Kopp Kastle….I call my little condo my castle. Love you…
